Trained at the Shakti Yoga Therapy Centre by the brilliant Taryn Elise Herselman. I have completed both Hatha and Yin Teacher trainings. My movement education has its roots in Shotokan Karate. Trained by Bruce and Karyn Smith at JKA Bassonia South Dojo, which is where I teach Yoga today. I take beginner to intermediate level classes, with an emphasis on health.
