MOZ DELI FOODS

Driven by the desire to offer a healthier experience with the beloved South African braai while also improving the employment situation, Zamosi Ngomane established Moz Deli Foods. The business offered delectable seafood dishes. This passionate youth travelled across Mozambique and Tanzania with the aim of understanding how seafood is prepared. He then combined his own culinary experience with the new learning to create a concept that would merge the love that South Africans have for a traditional braai with the awareness of the health benefits of consuming seafood. The concept has grown in leaps, making appearances in more than 450 spaces as a mobile seafood offering, served to meat lovers, and presented in gourmet style.
